Chris Leja, 30, of Clifton, passed away on December 23, 2015. Born in Nowy Targ, Poland, he came to the US in 1988 and settled in Clifton.

A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Chris was a Salesman in the Liquor Industry and later a Stockbroker for Petra Corporation and was an avid soccer fan.

Beloved son of Jozef and Zofia (Szaflarska) Leja of Clifton. Loving brother of Malgorzata Geroski and her husband Jugo of Elmwood Park, Casey Leja and his wife Ella of Clifton, and Mark Leja and his wife Katarzyna of Saddle Brook. Dear uncle of 4 nieces and nephews.

Funeral Tuesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave. Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Monday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
