Charles W. Jones, Jr., 79 of Clifton passed away on December 21, 2015. Born in Jersey City he lived there and in Passaic before moving to Clifton 35 years ago.

Charlie was a veteran of the Army National Guard during the Korean War.

Charlie was a Pressman for Pace de Torres Lithographers in Moonachie for 18 years, later he was a security Guard for Mark Ten Security for 8 years, retiring several years ago .

Beloved husband for 58 years of Mary (Schadewald). Devoted father of Charles "Chuck" Jones and his girlfriend Karen Szepietowski, Lori White and her husband Kevin, Ellen Sylvester and her husband Robert, and Robert Jones and his wife Patricia, all of Clifton. Loving grandfather of Karolann and Katherine Jones, Ryan and Ryley White and Kariann and Christine Sylvester. Cherished great grandfather of Kimberly.

Visiting Thursday 10 AM to 12:00 Noon at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.

Cremation will be private.
