With deep sorrow and boundless love, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Chandrika Patel, who left us peacefully on Thursday May 21, 2025, at Palisades Medical Center, New Jersey.

Born on May 26, 1948, Chandrika was a woman of unwavering honesty, joy, and grace. She lived a life full of contentment, always radiating happiness. Her warmth, compassion, and ever-present smile touched the lives of all who knew her.

Chandrika was more than a mother—she was a constant source of love, strength, and support. Her selflessness and kindness will remain a guiding light for those she leaves behind.

She is survived by her loving son, Dhruv Patel, and will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM EST at Shook Funeral Home,
639 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07013.

Cremation will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery,
255 Main Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07014.
