Cesar A. Castaño, 63, of Clifton, passed away on November 11, 2025. Born in Pereira, Colombia, he came to the US in 2000 and settled in Clifton. Cesar worked as an electrician for Anheuser-Busch in Newark for several years. Cesar loved spending time with his family and enjoyed playing video games, sports, especially soccer, and investing in the Stock Market.

Beloved husband of Patricia Osorno. Devoted father of Tatiana Castano, Christian Castano, and the late Alejandro Salazar. Loving son of Hector Castano and the late Celia Tabares. Cherished grandfather of Bailey, Brayden, Alexa, Ryan and Elijah. Dear brother of Holmer Castano, Cruz Helena Castano, and Luz Piedad Castano.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 5-7 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, a Prayer Service will begin at 6 PM. Cremation was private.
