Celerina F. Latona, 82, of Passaic, passed away on November 11, 2016. Born in the Philippines, she came to the US in 1988 and settled in New York before moving to Passaic 8 years ago.
A member of Bible Church International, Randolph, Celerina was a caregiver for Michelle Scott and family for many years.
Beloved mother of Ronilo and Felma Fajardo, Jaime and Trinidad Fajardo, Emmanuel and Nitz Fajardo, Rolando and Maylene Fajardo, Joselito and Mary Grace Fajardo, Benjamin Jr., and Marlyn Fajardo, Cezar and Donna Fajardo, and the late Bernard and Zenas Fajardo. Loving grandmother of Rhonel and Melodie, Rhonald Kristoffer and Jamilee, Jesslee and Leslie, Mimi, Jamuel, Janbher and Lorie, Jonard, Janica and Stephen, Jenny, Lyan Jazzleen, Princess Leigh Anne, Vince Angelo and Patrick Dave. Cherished great grandmother of Joshua, Jelhy, Sherkia, Steward, Asher Cristian, and Jorem Josh. Dear sister of the late Maxima Castro and Victorino Buenaventura. Loving aunt of Tony, Danny, and Charito Castro, Eduardo, Alex, Enriquita, Anita, Adelaida, Lita, and Marie Buenaventura.
Visiting Wednesday 6-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation will be private.
