Catherine (Vander Wande) Kazmark, 92, of Clifton, passed away on December 21, 2012. Born in Passaic, she lived in Caldwell and Wallington before moving to Clifton 60 years ago. Catherine, a homemaker, was a member of the Clifton Senior Association, the Valley Seniors, and the Young at Heart, all of Clifton. Beloved wife of the late John "Big Red", who passed away in 1990. Devoted mother of Kathleen Joan Slocum of Flanders, and John Kazmark, Jr. and his wife Lynda of Belle Mead. Dear sister of Marion Avallone of Passaic, and the late Edward Vander Wande. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral Monday 9:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson.
