Catherine Cynthia "Cutie" Dinnall, 83, of Haledon passed away on December 7, 2024. Born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, she traveled to the US in 1978 and settled in Paterson before moving to Haledon in 2007. Catherine worked as a certified nurses aid for Lakeland Healthcare Center, Haskell, for over 15 years before retiring.

Beloved wife of the late James O. "Busta" Dinnall who passed away in 2022. Devoted mother of Carrel Bryan and her husband Leighton of Indian Trail, NC, Karen Douglas and her husband Michael of Paterson, Sandria Thomas of Haledon, Denver Thomas and his wife Margaret of Paterson, Diane Dinnall of Haledon and James Dinnall and his wife Janet of Dublin, CA. Loving grandmother of Kaylene, Krista, Matthew, Toriann, Tyler, Andrea, Judine, Gamar, Joshua, Justin and Jasmine. Cherished great-grandmother of Zyhir, Nathaniel, Nia, Kadauli, Kyle and Nathan. Dear sister of Gloria Anderson, Marvin Asphall, and the late Juliet Johnson, Estella Hall, Ralvin Castle, Eunice Asphall and Sylvia Warner. Loving aunt and second mother to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visiting Friday, December 27, 2024 from 4 – 8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Saturday, December 28, 2024, 9 AM at the Trinity Pentecostal Church, Paterson. Interment, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
