Carolina (Zapusek) Kazer, 94, of Clifton, died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in her home where she lived for 55 years and took care of it by herself for last 35 years. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Carolina was a member of the SJK Leisure Club. A member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union, Carolina was a Floor Supervisor for Monarch Fashions in Passaic for many years, retiring in 1989. Beloved wife of the late Bernard who passes away in 1976. Devoted mother of Bernard and his wife Vernest of Boonton Twsp., and Charles "Skip" and his companion Eileen Stolarz of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Heather Carroll and her husband Anthony, Justin and Jonathan. Cherished great grandmother of Cole and Chase. Dear sister of Norman Zapusek of Mountain Top, PA, and Lorraine Petrishin of Huntington Mills, PA. Loving sister in law of Helen Zapusek of Clifton. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Well known for her cookies, pierogi and stuffed cabbage, she will be dearly missed by many friends and family. Funeral Wednesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack.
