Carolina (D'Ippolito) Ganguzza, 98, of Wayne, passed away on August 12, 2018. Born in New London, Connecticut, Carolina was raised in Caltavuturo, Palermo, Italy, before moving back to the US in 1956. She lived in Clifton and Passaic until she moved to Wayne in 1993. Carolina worked as a seamstress before retiring to take care of her family many years ago.

Beloved wife of Anthony Ganguzza for 70 years. Devoted mother of Joseph A. Ganguzza of Wayne. Loving grandmother of Joseph M. Ganguzza, Sr., and his wife Carla, and Brendan J. Ganguzza. Cherished great grandmother of Ava, Joseph, Jr., and Gia Ganguzza. Dear aunt of many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10:00 AM at St. Clare RC Church, Clifton. Interment, Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
