Carmela Malone's Obituary
Carmela Malone, 99, of Paterson, passed away at home peacefully on Dec. 26, 2016. Born on June 10, 1917 in Paterson, Carmela was a lifelong resident.
Beloved wife of the late Richard. Devoted mother of Robert Malone and his wife Janet of Jacksonville, FL, and the late Maria. Loving daughter of the late Luigi and Stella Monachese. Dear sister of the late Mary Scatteregia who was married to Stephen, and the late Peter Monachese who married Marjorie Gegenheimer. Cherished aunt of Peter Monachese ,his wife Carol and their children, and Paul Monachese, his wife Lynn and their children. Carmela in her younger years loved to sew, cook and entertain. Carmela was a dear friend to all that knew her and she loved to laugh and have fun.
Funeral Thursday 11:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visiting Wednesday 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
