Carl "Jake" Gebbia 57, of Clifton, passed away on July 28, 2015. Born in Passaic he was a lifelong resident of Clifton. A Store Manager for American Van Equipment in South Hackensack for 18 years before retiring last year, Jake was past president of the Clifton High School Lacrosse Booster Club. Beloved husband for 26 years of Tammy (Motyl). Devoted father of Jackie Loeffler and her husband Dan of Wayne, and Jake and Joseph Gebbia, both of Clifton. Loving grandfather of Daniel,Vincent and Sara. Dear son of Gaetana (Mirabella) Gebbia of Clifton, and the late Santo Gebbia. Cherished brother of Kathleen Bruno and her husband George of Totowa, and Richard Gebbia and his wife Barbara of Toms River. Funeral Saturday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
