Calogero Noto, 84, of Clifton, passed away on March 5, 2013. Born in Mussomeli, Sicily, he came to the US in 1958 and lived in Buffalo, NY and Passaic before moving to Clifton. A parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton, Calogero worked for the Laborers Union, Local #79, in NYC for 30 years, retiring in 1998. Beloved husband for 48 years of Calogera (Mistretta). Devoted father of Vincent Catalano and his wife Bonnie of Upper Montclair, Joseph and Salvatore Noto, both of Clifton. Dear brother of Maria Bellanca of Rome, Italy. Funeral Saturday 8:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9:30 AM at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.
