Bronislaw Ukleja, 100, of Wallington passed away on August 10, 2022. Born in Pilczyn Nowy, Poland, he was the oldest of five brothers. A survivor of WWII forced labor camps, he was resettled in England after the war and came to the US in 1952. He has lived in Wallington since 1960. A parishioner of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus RC Church, Wallington, Bronislaw was a custodian for Hoffmann LaRoche for 18 years before retiring. He loved spending time in his garden, surrounded by his tomato plants and fig trees.

Beloved husband of the late Genevieve (Skowron) who passed away in 2011. Devoted father of Ronald Ukleja and his wife Sharon of Wayne. Cherished grandfather of Andrea Ukleja, Amanda Ukleja, and her husband Taylor Hill. Dear brother of Roman Ukleja. Uncle of Joanna Anghelusiu and her husband Aurelian, David Ukleja and his wife Magdalena, and numerous nieces and nephews in Poland.

Visiting Sunday 2-6PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Monday 8:45AM at the funeral home and 10AM at Most Sacred Heart of Jesus RC Church, Wallington. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
