Bhagwandas D. Mistry, 87, of New Milford passed away peacefully on December 26, 2022 in his home surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. B was born in Valsad, India on April 13th, 1936, where he grew up, ran a family business, got married, and raised a beautiful family. He moved to the US in 1990.

Mr. B was a hardworking, family man who enjoyed watching the Indian National Cricket team. He cared deeply for others and was a friend to many.

Son of the late Parvati and Damodar Mistry. Brother to 4 siblings. Beloved husband for 62 years to Sumati Mistry. Devoted father to Manda and her husband Vijay, Tina and her husband Bankim, Priti and her husband Harshad, Kirti and her husband Devesh and Manish and his wife Hema. Dear grandfather of Katherine, Priyal, Robert, Harshil, Viral and his wife Jessica, Jay, Arti, Bhavik and Neil.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation to follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton.
