Ashok J. Mehta, 84, of Clifton, passed away on August 1, 2019. Born in India, Ashok came to the US in 1969, first moving to Manhattan, before settling in Clifton. An entrepreneur, Ashok operated his own trucking company, Cosmos Transportation.

Beloved husband of Ramaben Mehta and the late Nilaben Mehta who passed away in 1997. Devoted father of Rita J. Mehta of Clifton, Rajesh A. Mehta of Paterson, and Mukesh Mehta of Skillman. Loving grandfather of five and great-grandfather of three. Dear brother of Ashaben Mehta and Ushaben Raval.
