Arnold Peters, 81, of Woodland Park, passed away on September 28, 2015. Born in Paterson, he lived there before moving to Woodland Park 55 years ago. A parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Arnold was an Army Veteran during the Korean War. Before retiring in 2001, Arnold was a Chief Engineer for Rutherford Engineering in Rutherford, where he worked for 30 years. Beloved husband for 57 years of the late Edith (Triolo), who passed away in 2014. Devoted father of Jeff and his companion Kathy Conner of Pearl River, NY, and Jim and his wife Cindy of Stafford Township. Loving grandfather of Erin Peters, Stephanie Macaluso and her husband Joseph, Anthony Peters and the late Nicole Peters. Cherished great grandfather of Sophia. Funeral Thursday 10:15 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 11:30 AM at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
