Arnold J. Kostomaj, Sr., 73, of Clifton passed away on June 1, 2011. Born in Germany, he came to the US from Austria in 1959 and lived in White Plains, NY, Garfield and Passaic before moving to Clifton in 1975. A parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Arnold was a Supervisor for International Paper in Moonachie for 30 years, retiring in 2000, and was a member of the Passaic Valley Elks Lodge # 2111, Totowa. Beloved husband for 52 years of Ernestine (Muller). Devoted father of Evelyne Zichella of Howell, Arnold, Jr. of Florida, and the late Monika Fabiano who died in 2009. Dear brother of Franz Kostomaj of Millington. Loving grandfather of Tiffany, Amanda, Matthew, Maxine, Francine and Nicholas. Funeral Saturday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Philip the Apostle Church, Clifton. Cremation, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
