Anna S. (Lojek) Organisciak, 92, of Clifton, passed away on April 15, 2014. Born in Krempachy, Poland, she came to the US in 1965 and lived in Garfield before moving to Clifton in 1979. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Anna was a member of the Loaves and Fishes Pierogi Committee and the Polish Rosary Society. Anna was also a former parishioner of Ss. Cyril & Methodius RC Church, Clifton where she belonged to the Slovak Rosary Society. Anna had worked for Finkel Outdoor Products in Garfield and later was an Assembler for Electro-Scan in Garfield for 7 years, retiring in 1985, Anna had a passion for gardening, sewing, baking and singing. Beloved wife of the late Joseph W., who passed away in 1995. Devoted mother of Joseph M., of Clifton, Mary Bauer and her husband Andrew of Inman, SC., Sophie Lorenc of NYC, Anna T. Organisciak of Clifton, Irene Babula and her husband Joseph of Towaco, and Monica Organisciak of Albrightsville, PA. Loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. One of nine children, Anna is the loving sister of John Lojek of Clifton, Zofia Kristofek of Poland, and was predeceased by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Funeral Tuesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
