Ann (Nosal) Simchak, 93, of Clifton passed away on October 24, 2010. Born in Clifton, Ann was a lifelong resident.

A parishioner of Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton, Ann and her late husband were the founders and owners of Passaic Leather on Market St. in Passaic which opened in 1936.

Beloved wife of the late John, who died in 1996. Devoted mother of Joyce Focarino and her husband Benedict A. Dear sister of the late Elias "Al", Nick and John Nosal. Loving grandmother of Allan Focarino and his wife Violeta, and Gregory Focarino. Cherished great grandmother of Gregory, Jr. and Lianna Focarino.

Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM with Panikhida at 8:30 PM. www.shookfh.com
