Angelina Vergara Aquino, 92, of Lodi, passed away on April 13, 2024. Born in Aranguren, Capas, Tarlac, Philippines, she came to the US in 1980 and lived in Paterson and Clifton before moving to Lodi. A parishioner of St. Brendan's RC Church, Clifton, Angelina was a Nursing Assistant at St. Mary's Hospital, Passaic, for many years, retiring in 1996.  Before coming to the US, Angelina was the Principal of Aranguren Elementary School for several years.

Beloved wife of the late Eduarte Aquino who passed away in 2022. Devoted mother of Richard Aquino, Joveth Aquino-Capitulo,Leonardo Aquino, Bernardo Aquino, Shirley Aquino-Griglak, Ernesto Aquino, Ralph Aquino, and the late Israel "Ryan" Aquino.

Loving grandmother of Maria Theresa Aquino-See, Liezel-Ann Aquino-Paitan, Allysa Aquino, Bryle Aquino, Cyrill Aquino, Jophiel Aquino, Lucine Angeline Aquino-Hasegawa, Janted Capitulo, Jason Capitulo, Jillianne Aquino, Rachel Aquino, Gabriella Aquino, Justin Aquino, Ian Aquino.

Cherished great grandmother of Amelia Rhinette See, Bella Mei See, Maximus Aquino, Karsen Capitulo, Noah Paitan. Dear sister of Milagros Capan, Violeta Pineda, Nieves Ret, Erlinda Siapo, and the late Remedios Bagtas, Honorio Vergara, Leticia Figueroa and Salud Aquino.

Visiting Wednesday, April 17, 2024, 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, Funeral Thursday, April 18, 2024, 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. Brendan's RC Church, Clifton. Angelina will be flown back home to be laid to rest with her husband in the Philippines.
