Andrzej Leja, 85, of Clifton on December 9, 2009. Born in Poland, Andrzej came to the US in 2001 and settled in Clifton. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Andrzej owned a farm in Poland for many years, before retiring. Beloved husband of Maria (Podczerwska). Devoted father of Anna Zarebczan and her husband Jan of Clifton, Stanislaw Leja and his wife Stanislawa of Clifton, Jan Leja of Passaic, Wladyslawa Gowel and her husband Stanislaw of Clifton, Maria Kuczek and her husband Stanislaw of Clifton, and Zofia Roszkowski and her husband Wojciech of Clifton. Dear brother of Maria Jaronczyk of Poland. Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral Saturday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
