Andrew Judson Kidde, 74, recently of Montclair, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on March 19, 2023. Born in New York City on November 6, 1948, Andrew grew up in Demarest, New Jersey, with his parents, Fred and Ellice Kidde, and brother Graham.

During a lifetime of perseverance and positivity, Andrew created an extensive career for himself within the hotel industry. Among the properties for which he worked were:
The Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in Washington, D.C.; The Madison Hotel in Washington, D.C.; Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City;
Disney Resort Hotel in Anaheim, California; Sheraton Hotel in Los Angeles, California; Marriott International Hotels; and The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. At the time of his passing, Andrew was Director of Sales for Hilton Meadowlands, East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Andrew leaves behind his son, Judson Kidde, his daughter, Briana Kidde Chrisopoulos and one infant granddaughter, all of Orange County, California.
Also remaining are his brother, Ken Hollenzer, of Portland, Oregon, and his brother, Graham Kidde, of Arizona.

A cremation service and burial were held on Friday, March 31, 2023, at the
Mount Hebron Cemetery, Montclair, New Jersey.

Andrew rests at peace near his parents and other Kidde family members.
