Andrew Condo, 78, of Clifton, passed away on July 1, 2012. Born in Plains Twsp., Pennsylvania, he lived most of his life in Clifton. A Navy Veteran of the Korean War, Andrew is a member of the Athenia Veterans Post, Clifton. A parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Andrew was a Machine Operator for Athenia Steel in Clifton for 20 years and later for Pacquet Oneida also in Clifton, for 15 years, retiring in 2000. Beloved husband for 48 years of Dorothy (Gates). Devoted father of Karen DeWan and her husband Stan of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, and Jennifer Leland and her fiance Donald Freeman of Clifton. Loving grandfather of Colin, Alan and Rebecca. Dear brother of Emily Chrzanowski of Plains Twsp., PA. Cherished uncle of several nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Cremation Private. Visiting Friday 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
