Alfred S. Ogeneski, 87, of Clifton passed away peacefully Saturday, October
29th at St. Mary's Hospital, Passaic.

Born in Passaic, Alfred graduated from
Passaic High School, and proudly served in the U.S. Army's 3rd Infantry Regiment
(The Old Guard). Al worked for many years at Simon Bros. Electric Company
in Passaic, as well as Duestche Industries and Miller Wholesale.

Beloved husband for 54 years of Kathleen (Kaniewski). Devoted father of Christian Ogeneski
of Guilford, CT; Stephanie (Ryan) Christensen of Aldie, VA. Dear brother of Dolores
(Walter) Leschchyshyn of York, PA. Loving grandfather of Henry, Charlie,
Jimmy and Danny Ogeneski and Joseph Christensen. Also survived by several nieces
and nephews. Al is preceded in death by his parents Marie Chrzastek and
Stephan Ogeneski and his sister, Frances (Peter) Martinique all of Passaic.

Visiting Thursday 3-7 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten
Ave., Clifton. Funeral Friday 10 AM at the funeral home and 11 AM at St. John Kanty
RC Church, 49 Speer Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
