Alfonso Bayuelo, 83, of Clifton, passed away on July 23, 2018. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Alfonso came to the US in 1965, first settling in Queens before moving to Passaic and finally Clifton in 2006. A parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle, Clifton, Alfonso worked as a machinist for HG Machine & Tool Company of Long Island City for 20 years before retiring in 1996.

Beloved husband of Gloria (Arevalo) for 52 years. Devoted father of Erlly and his wife Ninoska, and Christian and his wife Danielle, all of Clifton. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Daniella, Olivia, Devin, and the late Daniel Alfonso. Dear brother of Caridad, Maria, Carmenza, and the late Valerio. Dear brother-in-law of Cielo Arevalo.

Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10:00 AM at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home.
