Alexander P. Wasek, 92, of North Caldwell passed away on February 22, 2016. Born and raised in Lodi, Alexander moved to North Caldwell 55 years ago and was a parishioner of Notre Dame Church, North Caldwell.

A US Navy veteran of WWII, Alexander was the Owner and Operator of National Television Tube, Inc., Saddle Brook, for many years, retiring in 1985.

Beloved husband for 67 years of Genevieve (Skwiera). Devoted father of Janice Wasek of North Caldwell, Deborah Highet and her husband Robert of Lopatcong, and the late Karen Montanya who passed away in 1999. Cherished grandfather of Erinn Allison, David Montanya and Amanda and Kyle Highet. Loving great-grandfather of Jack, Makenna, Chase and Josie. Dear brother of Josephine Marton of FL and Anne Koch of NY.

Funeral Saturday 7:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9 AM at Notre Dame Church. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Thursday & Friday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
