Agnes (Germinario) Matarazzo, 78, of Clifton passed away on December 21, 2010. Born in Hoboken, she lived in Clifton most of her life.

A Seamstress for many years before retiring, Agnes was a parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton, where she was a member of both the Leisure Club and the Altar and Rosary Society, and was also a member of Club Evergreen in Clifton.

Beloved wife of the late Charles who died in 1991. Devoted mother of Cathy Duda and her late husband Stephen of Oak Ridge, Linda Vitale and her husband William of Jefferson Twsp., Charles and his wife Debbie of Montville. Loving grandmother of Joseph, Erica, Nicole, Michael, Paul, Charles, Lisa and Jessica. Cherished great grandmother of Lily. Dear sister of the late Gus Germinario and Jacqueline Valentino.

Funeral Wednesday 11 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 12 Noon at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
