Adelaide G. (Camerino) Volpe, 81, of Passaic, passed away on August 23, 2015. Born in Ruvo, Italy, she came to the US in 1947 and settled in Manhattan before moving to Passaic many years ago. A parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Passaic, Adelaide was a Claims Officer for the Appeal Tribunal with the Department of Labor in Passaic for 25 years, retiring in 1999, and was a member of the Giblin Association. Beloved wife for 55 years of Bartolomeo. Devoted mother of Joseph and his wife Donna of East Stroudsburg, Pa, and Michael of Wayne. Loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Funeral Thursday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Wednesday 5-9 PM at the funeral home.
